You know, somewhere I saw a reference to a monitoring test of blood gases and electrolytes. I did not connect that reference to IGEN, but still I thought that ought to be a test warmly embraced by the medical practitioners. Having to go to a deep artery for a bood gas sample is daunting, and I am certain it is done less often than would be the case if it were easier, despite the value of the test. At least from the viewpoint of a judge who often has listened to the bitter complaints of people who endured that "long needle", this sounds great! And when you need the electrolytes done, there often is a need for frequency. Hoo boy! That should go over very well, indeed!
I will have to try to listen to that conference. Thanks.
