Thanks, Jxcxjx: I confirmed this information with CMC yesterday evening. Paul Comiskey never did return any of my calls and did not issue any press release. I don't know how the CMC release was distributed, but it didn't get read by many. I can confirm that the inventory etc. belonging to USMC has been sold off, etc. This is now only a shell company with no assets that I know about. A friend of mine visiting with Paul awhile back noticed that he had a large pile of unanswered phone messages, which he seemed to be pleased about. My friend also noticed that they spanned a considerable period of time. Some of those were my messages! I'm afraid this is the end of the line, at least as far as I am concerned. In a way I feel some responsibility for ever posting anything about this company, but then you have to rely on what people tell you. I certainly did emphasize the riskiness of the situation. Broken dreams, empty promises.... Lee
