Folks, DGIV fundamentals are as strong now as it was before (better, in fact, given the fact that we have had more time to do more deals). In stocks, as well as in many other things, opportunity exists where others ( the mass ) don't see it. For a while now, many of us "long" investors were expecting an exodus of the short timers and ...TODAY is the day!!! it is better this way since the stock will be in stronger hands. Those buying in today will not sell it for a while, helping the stock price in the long run. Remember, those selling the stock today are giving in to fear.. they do not have any other "inside" info. in other words, they are not selling because the fundamentals have changed and have gotten worse. In fact, the opposite is true!! For those who are interested in DGIV fundamentals, you have been given a stock at a VERY CHEAP price. Take advantage of it! Ask yourself this: how many times have you seen a stock go down and then go back up, and you are sitting there muttering to yourself: if only I got into that stock when it was at that cheap price.....
