Hi John, You make some good points. Perhaps the intent was to drive the price down for insiders to accumulate shares. There sure is a lot of action this morning (vol 311.9k as I write this, and the exchange has only been open 35 min.). Wouldn't it be nice to know something of the other holes? :-) Regards, Wayne
