Its not trading like its over, I would think that if it was over we would be in the fraction of a penny range. I would think a press release would be due if the deal fell apart.It just talks about a letter of intent,in the BB ring,there are lots of letters of intent. Lets see what happens.
The MM's would have crashed this already. Thats my opinion.
