SONY MAVICA 200MB HiFi CAMERA!

said to be in the July '98 issue of "Shutterbug" Magazine. I will check this out myself.

If this is the case, then this is yet another prediction of mine that has come true. Sony once again bests Iomega by offering 200MB per disc instead of a puny 40MB. 200MB is enough to hold 13 high-quality 15MB pictures per disc. Vapor! can only hold 2 of these, 3 with a little less quality. And both discs are supposed to sell for $10.

But...Sony Mavica 200 HiFi discs can be inserted directly into a desktop HiFi drive. So can 1.44 floppies from the original Mavica.

Vapor? Cannot. So, where is the convenience?
