I wouldn't be so sure about this relief rally. It all depends on what the "known" is going to be.

When you own 90+% of the market of a major product, there is no doubt that you are a monopoly. What they did to Netscape, Novell, tried to do with Intuit, JAVA, are all very questionable practices. What happens to the monopoly is a completely different story.

The US legal system is a proven joke. We cannot convict someone who murdered his wife and friend. We have special prosecutors running around doing who knows what. Bill Gates have more money and power than any of the monopolists in the history of US business. Can DOJ bring down Bill Gates on an issue more ambiguous than the aforementioned examples?

If the DOJ have some competent people who can really sink some teeth into this case, I don't think a relief rally is possible.
