It means it's a "locked" market in the stock right now. What happens is, if you use a limit order in now at the ask, the MM's can chuck your order if the stock moves up. They can ignore the trade because they will make no profit on it. I assume that they have to fill a market order at the asked size, but if its more they will screw you as usual. Steve
