This is directed to Rick Rutkowski OR anyone else who care to respond. Below are questions posed from the new Yahoo board and stems from posts relating to the Fox news broadcast 2« weeks ago.

<<I wonder a bit about the time frames. We know that the exclusive rights MVIS have for developing and using VRD are for four years. Prototypes have been delivered. Question is, when VRD may be accessible to the market within two year, how long will they be alone before the exclusive rights expire? -i.e. when were they established?

Rick has stated on the SI thread that the surrounding patents MVIS hold are good to have in blocking competition by forcing others to pay royalty or fat licence fees. However, I would like to know more about when an actual production of first generation VRDs will happen. Any clues?>>.....from Kim

I would like to add that I thought it was a masterful piece and have 2 questions. It appeared that the clip presented on the Fox news broadcast was your own production for ongoing PR and was this broadcast by Fox in other areas beside Seattle?
