Its the unconstitutional laws that allow the DOJ to do this to Gates that are the joke, but a very bad joke. The government should not be suing or interferring with(or subsidizing) business. (On the other side they should not be suing, interferring with or helping unions either: have you seen the list of unionsand businesses that get taxpayer money every year? Huge. Stinks.)
