freeus, Do you believe that competition is really open in software when Gates can buy any competitor or finance his takeover of a particular niche with his OS profits? I'm not a champion of DOJ or trust-busting in general, but some of these larger companies do finance the killing of innovative products which would be generally good for the market through profits on which they get a lock on a particular market. Should there be no limits? Are you happy with just one choice for an OS?
