YES I talked to the CEO last week and he said 19million oustanding..

and that there was a HUGE short position... he also said
the convertible debentures issue would soon be taken care
of whatever that means.. (maybe he had this name change
and warrants thing in mind when he said that.. maybe he has
something else to reveal as well)
