I'd say this is not necessarily bad. It may get you a customer that was on the fence and that may add licenses in the future as well as prevent your competitor from getting the account. Yes, there is a point of too much discounting. However, some customers may have greater "strategic" value supporting a greater discount level relative to others. mo
