Hi The Coz I don't follow you: a) if CGI buys an US Company, CGI will pay it with is own stock and not with the stock that BCE owns in CGI so, why the % of ownership of BCE would change in CGI ? b) I don't see any reason why BCE would increase is % of ownership in CGI if they don't want to take the control in a near future.
