Maestro,

The IL is a line I have found that is constructed the same way on nearly any chart that defines the limits of irrational exuberance. It comes paired with another lower line that acts as support upon the downward reaction to IL violation. I call this second line the ACT. Once a stock reaches the ACT, a retracement equal in % to the drop can be expected. I call that reciprocal retracement or RR. Got it? <<gg>>
