This performance, which includes a $2.7 million after-tax gain on the sale of the wound care business, compares with net income of $2.3 million, or $0.27 per common share, earned in fiscal 1997. The Company reported record net revenues of $73.8 million in fiscal 1998, as compared to $30.5 million generated in the prior fiscal year. Pretax income climbed to $11.5 million in fiscal 1998, as compared to $2.0 million in fiscal 1997.
