whats intersting is sox is doing nothing and intc is doing nothing and dram companies are doing woith a strong market. i mean if you mean dram prices will stabilize why is mu down or if you believe capital spending will increase why is intc doing nothing. if this is the bottom if you believe in the market sox would be up more than .88 and intc and dram players would be up big. just my 2 cents. i would be nervous if the sox was up 7-10 and intc and the dram companies were strong that would confirm that the market believes things are great.
