... the company can force some agreement by not releasing new shares. The filings indicate that the company agrees to do whatever to satisfy the conversion, including increasing authorized shares. Filings also call for penalties if they don't.

Now, I agree the holders would negotiate if they knew their shares would destroy the stock price. No benefit of holding xxx million shares if the price is .000000000....1
