Schwab is more than willing to give me .001/share for my RMIL. That is what a stock that is not trading is worth. You need to reconcile the "no one selling" statement with he fact that RMIL is not trading. I doubt it would be possible to get an ope market buy. But, I assure you, there are plenty of sellers, if somebody wants to pay just $2 share.

Jeff is selling for 1.25/share. But nobody is buying. Since he has the certs, this should be an easy trade. And, I am willing to give my shares to bmart if he buys Jeff's shares. But, I suspect that bmart has no intention of buying RMIL, and never did.
