Probably very old, 10 or 20 years (or more). The drug currently is indicated for fairly rare uses such as treatment and diagnosis of catecholamine secreting tumors and treatment of inadvertent injection into a finger etc of a local anesthetic containing epinephrine (which causes vasoconstriction and can cause loss of the digit).
