Jin, I don't see any reason for the additional audit. I would think that the original audit, combined with, as Ira put it, Firamada's "hands on" involvement with Myriad's business after the deal was announced, would give them all they had to know. If there was a second audit, it would seem they would have begun it as soon as the first one was completed.

What's the point of that?

I see the "second audit theory" is alive and well.
