In the annual report UTI details the 3:1 split as well as the secondary offering which has had a net result of adding 4 times the number of shares traded. While revenues have increased 255%, I am a little concerned that the 400% increase in shares has overly diluted the stock. Would anyone care to comment? TIA, Michael
