AW, I have seen several news releases in the past that say the IMS data is from insurance company files for scrips being submitted for payment. This would seem to leave out the cash over the counter sales and mail order cash sales. How can anyone possible track the data otherwise? There are thousands of small pharms throughout the country selling scrips for cash without computerized capabilities. The small pharms mail their insurance requests so they may not be in the insurance database that IMS is searching. I think its impossible to know just how many pills are being sold without news from Pfizer and they ain't tellin nobody til earnings are reported at the Q if then. CD
