A friend of mine recently interviewed for a VP level position at NOVL and came back a total believer in the turnaround. He's no dummy (he also got a VP offer from Lucent and ended up taking an EVP position elsewhere). I doubled my position when the stock dropped to 9 3/4 and am quite glad I did. Anecdotal? Sure, and you don't have to believe me but at least I don't use an alias like most people on SI. I'm a big believer in track record. In this case it's Schmidt I'm betting on, not NOVL per se. I think NOVL's basic problem was always its management more than its product set or market niche. Phil
