as i had stated a few weeks ago the company has just announced that the president and cfo have resigned they have also announced a new board of directors and a cfo further more their is a new aquisition which will be spun off this year this is is the first of at least 3-4 press releases that will come out in the next few weeks hang in there with this stock it goes a lot higher from here
