The picture is quite clear in my mind now. The impact of those options weight heavely on my decisions here - Amzn is issuing and will continue issue stock options for insiders and on-going acquisitions, creating free cash, increasing flow, diluting shares value, Amzn will have more losses, but with more shares to share the losses..., more junk bonds and more interest expenses; the cycles continues

What an investor to do?? but stand ready to short the stock accordingly. Slowly but surely.
