Zoei,
There is no news. The price just went down. Buying @ this range is good, but i don't recommend anything. They shift their electronics to real estate and salon businesses. I got a PELT ad through Stockdeck.
PELT has 3,500,000 shares outstanding and 2,700,000 floating.

Princeton American Corporation Completes Major Leasing Program

- Leases Will Generate over $850,000 in Revenues Annually -

PHOENIX, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Princeton American Corp , announced today completion of leasing of its second commercial office building in
Phoenix. This 20,000 sq. ft. building will generate revenues in excess of $370,000. The building houses the headquarters of a major escrow company,
utilizing 10,000 sq. ft., and will contain a mortgage company, and the expansion of one of Phoenix largest insurance agencies.

Princeton had previously announced 100% occupancy of its 30,000 sq. ft. corporate headquarters building. Both of these buildings are located in the
prestigious Camelback Corridor in Phoenix and both are situated adjacent to the Arizona Biltmore and Ritz Carlton Hotels. Annual revenues from the two
office buildings will be in excess of $850,000.

"Both the explosive growth and the rapid absorption in the Phoenix real estate market have produced much higher rental rates and long term leases in both
our facilities " stated Dale E. Eyman, Chairman of the Board of Princeton. "We are extremely pleased with the completion of this leasing programs and we
are aggressively continuing to seek acquisition of office buildings of this caliber."
