Was out all day, I was told by whom have answered me at the company that it is seperate, no connection, though the SEC implies otherwise. Then explain to me why would an insider who bought a lot of notes would end up buying common shares at 11 cents, it does not make sense. Let us assume that you are right, that ended march 31st, if they market their new product well this might end up being a $100M company. I will wait and see. However, I still think that they are separate, the company should know more than what we interpret from the report.
