Lew by no means take this as fact, but its my understanding that the
company is waiting to hear from NASDAQ in regards to a provisional
status for a NASDAQ listing. If allowed that would enable FTEL to
utilize the NAZ once they achieve the $4.00 for small cap or $5.00(
minimum share price) for national. If not allowed, than Franklin will
have to wait until they achieve the above share prices again and than
reapply. That includes fees and up to date financials. Obviously
Franklin would prefer the provisional based on the glass half full
theory that once you gain the minimum threshold of $5.00 that they will be able to maintain levels so as not to be de-listed. IMHO if this happens I tend to agree with the fact that they will be able to achieve a higher ground share price wise, based on Marginability and Institution exposure. Just my opinion. If I am wrong on this please someone correct me.
