I'm confused with Arif's release statement. Is he saying that the financials are being released to the SEC on the 25th, who must then carefully review them before submitting to EDGAR. Or, is Arif releasing financials in a press release. Or, is Arif telling us when the SEC is releasing the financials to EDGAR. Or, is Arif telling us that EDGAR will release the financials on the 25th.

IMO the price will only rise when the financials are available from EDGAR and my guess after reading Arif's release statement is that the SEC gets the financials on the 25th and we must wait 2 to 6 weeks for the SEC review period to be completed before EDGAR publishes. Only a publication on EDGAR gets the attention of the brokers and institutions who we need to make us profits down the road.
