JustMy2Cents,
I haven't received a call back from the supervisor of the filing desk, the alleged source of Mackie's info. On prior calls, however, I was told by the Edgar desk that all domestic companies must send a filing form electronically to Edgar and a paper copy subsequently to the Greenway, VA office of the SEC. I am not totally positive, but will check again in the morning.
