Market Watch 13 dayRSI Today constitutes a definite breakout of the downtrend defined by the 13 day RSI in the S & P and the Dow. I have lightened up on my short holdings by about 50% Fortunately, BVSN and ZITL took a tumble today so it wasn't hard to take a little profit. Sadly, some of my favorite shorter term longs have run away from me while I stood out. Ocote
