Lee: I was advised that about a year ago some of USMC's officers were arrested right in their offices for illegal stk. trading. I believe it was stated that they had been selling Lettered stk. without filing the necessary forms. Further, I've been advised that the deal is completely dead as far CMC is concerned. I would look for them to go public on their own [through an IPO] in the near future. For all intents and purposes this has all the appearances of a classic "pump and dump" operation. It just didn't seem to "pump" as high as they expected.
