Optimistically, the firm is trying to make a name for itself by identifying market overreactions and undervalued situations (which i think this is). This is consistent with their advertisement followed by silence. If they hung around and shilled the stock continually, I would be much more suspicious of the motive.

After all, turnarounds (in earnings and perceptions) usually take time. A long period of basing is healthy for the hoped-for steady rise to come. If nothing good is happening in six months to a year, I'll reconsider my position.
