Drakes, for a couple of years now, I've been trying to short stocks that were about to be delisted, and here's one that got away from me, right while I was watching it.

A week or so ago when I called IR, they said the 10k for 1996 was about to be filed, the 10k for 1997 would take another month, and when I pointedly asked IR whether the NASD has offered to keep them listed as long as a month from now, she said 'yes.'

A bald faced lie it was.

I believed it, so I didn't short.

Congrats for being in, Drakes.

Keep in mind that they might possibly be relisted whenever they file their 10k's. Some stocks get delisted only to reappear a few days or weeks later after fulfilling whatever requirement it was that they were supposed to meet.

Then again, maybe SWSHE just got flushed down the metaphorical toilet.
