your concerns are legit.. but some of them HAVE been answered by the
CEO recently... some I'm told will be answered shortly.. the others
yes you'll need to contact the company...

shares out is 18million according to the CEO early last week.
he stated that 'at one time' there was 93million shares short..
I've heard 30million or so now.. he also admitted that there are
convertible debentures coming into the stock but that it would soon
stop... as to his belief that the company is heading in the opposite
direction away from bankruptcy... yes... they're not going bankrupt
according to the co. anyway.

also the company is going to do what is in their best interest FIRST
and ours second... if the CEO and his lawyer(s) think that the best
thing to do is to finish this 10day silence period then let's give
it to them and let them run the company... we are due one more
PR before the 10day silence is broken (as rumors have it).. otherwise
they'd already be talking now wouldn't they... I personally am NOT
going to call until mid to end of next week... and am NOT even any where close to entertaining the thought of selling some shares at these levels... I've got patience... try and borrow some from me if
you can... your questions are good ones.. just need to hold out a bit
then you can call and get confirmation on these things and share them
with us if you will... as to the MM questions... I have no idea.. we'll have to wait for that... I too would like a number of the xfer
agent... dont' think it's been posted.
