According the prospectus, page 69, shares (insider sales) elgible for future sale cannot be sold until July 29,1998 (for that matter most IPOs have a 180 day blackout period). In addition, most of the principal stockholders are comprised of:

K. Compton: Dir 6.5%
D. Cowan: Dir 6.4%
W. Chenevich: Dir 5.0%
INTC, MSFT 9.4%
Other officers: < 5%

You can guess what you think the actions on that date may be in terms of cashing out.....
