This dilution has been from the death spiral preferred and their
converting to more shares and selling as it goes down. However the
DSP is over which is also what the stock is telling us. Its also rebounding
to the fundamental levels that it should be before the manipulators
had it in a death grip. Remember this stk
was5 to 9 before these slimy sellers started it down and its now their
death spiral upward.
