Mike, the state of Oklahoma has a state law (pursuit 18 O.S. 1065) where an OK corporation has to makes ALL it books and records available to a stock holder at least once a year, part of this state law gives a 5 day time frame, so CVIA has until Tuesday to get this together, including the proxy requests. As I posted before we will get to the bottom of this with or with out Jacks cooperation. KAA
