GM,

Here is a glance of my web page of Nepal although it's not yet finished since I have some more photos to convert. Your software made it possible. I had the pictures scanned onto disks- each picture originally was a .TIF and about 700KB in size. I was able to convert them to .JPG at a fraction of that size with minimal resolution erosion.
