After checking, I found out that you are correct. Lock is a Nasdaq small cap stock.

I stand corrected.

I'm still not interested in shorting any stock. I might go short against the box, to lock in a gain, but I have only done that once. That one only cost me my commissions in and out, and made my broker happy, but proved unnecessary.

When you go long, you can only lose your investment. When you short the sky is the limit. It's not for me. Educate me though, can you short a Nasdaq small cap in a retail account?
