Does anyone else have this problem? Whenever I see Bubba addressing some important issue (like the Indian crisis) at a lecturn or podium I find myself wondering if he's wearing pants. Just a random thought. Speaking of the Indian situation, does anyone else find it ironic that after the transfer of missile guidance technology to China, the Clinton Administration should take the position that it is wrong for India to be testing nuclear weapons? Don't get me wrong, I'm firmly opposed to nuclear proliferation BUT doesn't the US position seem a tad hypocritical? JLA
