*Response from Joe Lanza* Wes, The original Form 10 was incorrect when it listed IWIC as owning 53%. Where that figure came from God only knows. That is why I hired an attorney to go through everything IWIC and my family members had - to get a third party legal opinion which will be included in the new Form 10. The Series B preferred stock cannot be converted into more than 4.9% in one position. Most of my preferred B was turned back to the company. This should also answer Addi. When I get the actual information from Legal, I have no problem going public with it. Joe L.
