sweez if the money you borrow can bring up the value of the company through expansion and aquisitions the the shares are going to be worth more in the long run even if the sharks get their feast. i the case of pkgp the sharks tried to eat to soon by converting the stocks illegally. we were trading at 1.67 at that point . when the 90ml illegalshares flooded the market we disolved. because the company has a real product and is making money it survived the onslaught. now to make the stock stable. we solidify the shares and all the illegal parties have a melt down. company buys back shares or changes name and rises from the ashes as a new UNVERSAL PHOENIX
