Kevin: I'm disappointed to find out BT will continue their TRIAL until sometime in 1999. Did Westell just have a policy change? I was under the impression that the service providers would make ALL announcements. Does anyone feel jerked around for the last 12 months with this policy... now Westell starts to announce when BT will deploy. I take it they need something to talk about on the CC tomorrow... first the JPC, second BC, and the third strike was GTE-ILEC. As Gary once stated... Westell is looking to hit the Grand Slam... well I count three strikes. Hopefully Westell can get back to the plate in the bottom of the ninth, because the early innings are going to Alcatel, CSCO and Fujitsu/Orctf.... until later. PS. I hope someone can put a positive spin on this news... USWest, GTE-ILEC announce deployments and we get expanded trial news until 1999.
