Did anyone happen to listen to the conference call? I didn't see the announcement until after the fact.

I agree with the two previous posters that he needs to find a way to cut costs. When making as many acquisitions as he has he needs to have someone in place to run the the operations of the separate groups, as defined in the 10K, and get rid of some of the excess. You can't tell me that with all of the electronics that they are supposed to have they couldn't have their own infrastructure to handle administrative expenses such as payroll and billing.

I think it's about time that Sullivan start working with what he has and quit looking at any additional acquisitions until he can show stock holders that he can EFFECTIVELY administer what he already has.
