Joe: Your statement that form 10, on file for 2 years, has information the source of which GOD only knows is remarkable. What do you mean Series B cannot be converted into more that 4.9% in any ONE position? Are you saying that the Series B is the ONLY stock IWIC ever had in XECOM and that MOST of it has been turned back to the company? I assume you mean converted to common, either way, that is a remarkable statement too. It trust that whatever you, IWIC and LEGAL[a third party opinion?] come up will be complete, candid, thorough and something which will even satisfy GOD and that, all in all, it will be...remarkable.
