You may have a point. Clayton: You may have a point in that the greatest beneficiary of this recent development just might be the U.S as now India can play a greater strategic role in the region as a counter balance to the rising Chinese power.But this of course will depend on how the Indo/US relations are in the long run. Considering the fact that U.S relations with India has been lukewarm at best during the last few decades this assumption of mine is quite a stretch but it could happen. Then again I am no military strategist.<gg>
