Ditchdigger, I think you have a chance to see 1/64 tomorrow. This must have been the news release the market has been waiting for. Why do they need these data to go to Ch 7? Now let me see how this saga continues. EXSO actually owes monies to Penick, so Penick, in his defense took possession of the hardware (hard drive only?) as collateral to assure payments. He Counter sue the company not only for his back pay, but defamation and libel, since the company painted him as a thief. The company counter sues, since the news release did not specifically state the company considers Penick a thief. This saga should be good for at least an additional 6 good news release to keep the company in sight of its investors. If it was not so comic, I would cry. Zeev
