It is clear that 'doger' is a short seller and is trying to put some dirt on the company. Actually, the following scenario is more likely:
revenues Q1 = 4.2mln Q1 = 8mln Q3 = 14mln q4 = 24mln (conservative)
Total for the year = 46.2 mln
Expenses for the year 24mln
Gross profit = 22.2 mln.
40% tax = 8.88
Profit after taxes = 13.32 mln
Tax credit + 3 mln

Net profit = 16.32 mln
which means $16mln / 8mln shares = $2 /share.
Anybody can calculate what will be the stock price.
